G. Annually, the Planning & Research Office will collect, and review data related to activities with potential
bias, including traffic and field contacts, asset forfeitures, citizen complaints and any other metrics
defined by the Chief of Police. This documented review will be forwarded to the Chief of Police and
include appropriate recommendations for corrective measures, to include policy and training issues.
