Commission (HRPDC) Regional Construction Standards, Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Road and
Bridge Standards, Newport News Design Criteria Manual standards and the Newport News Special Provisions of the
HRPDC Regional Construction Standards.
All provisions listed in Section 38-59 of the City Code are hereby incorporated into this permit by reference.
