Ms. Lilly Robinson called in after experiencing being locked out and being locked in
the same day. She stopped to the store to pickup a few items and found herself
having to send someone inside to find the manager to unlock the gate. The gate
was unlocked and she went inside to shop. After finishing her shopping she was
about to exist the gate and found it locked and she was unable to exit. This time
the manager was not easy to find. Being locked in she expressed her emotions.
I went by the location and found the lock was on the gate. If advising the manager
the lock cannot be on the gate as I did before is not working, then perhaps there is
something else that should take place to be a permanent fix. This method appears
to be a not so favorable practice of this store for the handicap, larger persons or a
person who bought groceries for the month and can’t take the cart to the car like
most stores. Leaving paid groceries unattended while you go to get your care at a
store that locks the gate to prevent their groceries from being stolen……ummmmm
interesting concept.
