This email pertains to your pending FOIA request for the Discovery STEM Academy
Safety Audit. Because our FOIA Coordinator, LaDonna Seely, is out of the office through
early next week, | am responding to you regarding your request. In that regard, | wanted
to let you know that NNPS will produce a redacted copy of the Discovery STEM
Academy Safety Audit for your review pursuant to Va. Code § 22.1-279.8(B), and that an
NNPS representative will reach out to you to schedule a date, time, and location for such
review. As stated, the Safety Audit will be redacted pursuant to VA. Code Sec.
2.2-3704.01 to exclude all vulnerability assessment components of the report as is
permitted by Va. Code §§ 22.1-279.8(B) & 2.2-3705.2(4).
Again, an NNPS representative will reach out to you shortly to schedule your review of
the Safety Audit.
