As you are aware, under Virginia law, you have the right to record conversations in which you are a
participant. That said, you are expected to exercise this right responsibly. NNPS staff members also have
the right to decline participation in recorded conversations, and that decision must be respected at all
times. Any attempt to disregard staff boundaries or create a disruptive environment will be addressed
immediately.
When visiting the Administration Building or any NNPS facility, you are expected to conduct yourself in
a respectful and professional manner. Appointments must be scheduled in advance for any official
business. Please note that a meeting with me is not required as part of this reinstatement. The restoration
of your privilege to be present on NNPS property is an administrative matter and does not constitute an
endorsement of prior conduct.
This reinstatement is contingent upon your continued adherence to all NNPS policies, procedures, and
applicable laws. Any future incidents involving disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in immediate
and potentially permanent revocation of your access to school property. We acknowledge your return and
expect that all future interactions will reflect appropriate conduct. Your cooperation in maintaining a safe,
respectful, and orderly environment for students, staff, and visitors is appreciated.
Respectfully,
Robert M Stewart, Jr.
