4. Retaliation for Lawful Petitioning — I visited the administration building on April 4 to request access to a public record under Virginia Code § 22.1-279.8(B). That request was videotaped and denied on the spot, only to be later processed by your office. The proximity of the ban to this protected activity raises the concern that the action was retaliatory and not based on a neutral administrative process. You may forward all corresponding emails to my attorney, Mr. Walter.
