On Thursday 03/13/2025 at approx. 1:00pm, RE entered the building asking to see Mr. Fairheart. | explained to
him that Mr. Fairheart wasn’t here. He then stated that he wanted to see someone in the Superintendent’s office. |
reiterated that Mr. Fairheart wasn’t here nor was anyone available to speak with him from the Superintendent’s office
(Mrs. Sexton offered to take a message for him). At that point, he stated that he was going to wait for him to return. |
informed him that he couldn’t sit and wait nor could he loiter on the property. He stated that he was going to wait
anyway. | explained to him that if | ask him to leave and he doesn’t comply, he will be trespassing. He then called me
stupid and Sambo and asked me where | got my law knowledge. At that point, | asked him not to call me a name (or any
derogatory term) other than my given name because | did not disrespect him in that manner. | then asked him to leave.
He replied that he was not going to leave and asked if | was going to arrest him. | stated that | know someone that can
arrest him and proceeded to call NNPD. Two police officers arrived and talked to him. He left the property after speaking
with the two officers.
