Establish Receivable Accounts: While this is issued as a separate finding from court costs and fines, the two correspond and work in tandem. Accordingly, receivable accounts have been established and court costs and fines have been entered as notated above, resulting in $0 potential loss to the Commonwealth or locality. Our office has historically and currently utilized system reports available. Moving forward, in addition to receiving and distributing the monthly CR32 report, reports will be given to the courtroom deputy clerk assigned to any respective case shown on that report. They will be responsible for adding accounts receivable as appropriate, then return their report to myself and/or other assigned office leadership notating their corrective action. Leadership will verify the deputy clerk鈥檚 corrective compliance. As always, I appreciate you and your staff and value suggestions provided by the APA. Sincerely, Signature on File Angela F.
