Costco gasoline station — Ordinance 8075-25 and traffic-improvement conditions
Adopted Ordinance 8075-25 grants conditional-use permit CU-2025-0003 for an automobile gasoline supply station associated with the Costco relocation. Condition 5 requires completion of specified traffic improvements before a certificate of occupancy. Attached traffic-study recommendations identify the improvements; this record does not establish completion, acceptance or reimbursement.
