Employee professional discipline and violation records

Public licensing and enforcement sources for existing employee profiles. Underlying orders, identity evidence, reinstatements and current-status observations are kept distinct.

Overview

Source review begun October 11, 2026. This collection brings together EMS enforcement, health-board decisions, nursing compact actions, DPOR orders, attorney discipline, CPA discipline and workplace-safety court orders. The first supported profile update comes from nursing orders that expressly identify Newport News Public Schools employment. No new profiles were created. These source indexes are research routes, not a list of employees found to have violations.

Source notes

This is a bounded public-source review, not a complete personnel or disciplinary history. A notice is an allegation; an order supplies the actual decision. Dismissals, appeals, reinstatements and terminated restrictions must accompany adverse history. License status is dated and separate from employment. Professional discipline and court records do not establish Brady/Giglio list membership.

9 of 9 reviewed records. Source links and release indexes are identified separately from archived copies.

Open questions

Records still needed (4)
  • Finish the EMS employee screen

Complete the 224 surname searches that could not be retrieved, obtain underlying enforcement notices and later orders for any supported matches, and reconcile EMS certification numbers with named employment records. A similar name in an EMS table remains unlinked without an identity bridge.

Likely custodian: Virginia Office of EMS / City of Newport News Fire Department

The 144 retrieved searches are partial coverage; absence from them does not clear a person or department.

  • Resolve health-license identity leads

Named professional license or historical employment records that reconcile uncertain health-board names to existing directory profiles, including changed surnames or middle names. Retrieve complete final orders and later reinstatement, appeal or terms-termination records before attaching an outcome.

Likely custodian: Virginia health regulatory board / NNPS or City records custodian as applicable

A common full name or shared locality alone is insufficient when the professional or employer connection is missing.

  • Review attorney, technical and CPA credentials

Individual bar and professional license identifiers for attorneys, engineers, surveyors, licensed water operators and CPA credential holders listed in the directory; corresponding final discipline orders and subsequent outcomes.

Likely custodian: Virginia State Bar / DPOR / Virginia Board of Accountancy / employing public body

Locating an official search portal is different from completing an employee-by-employee disciplinary history.

  • Identify any named role in an agency violation

Final workplace-safety or other agency violation orders that actually name an employee and establish the employee’s documented role, together with modifications, appeals and correction records.

Likely custodian: Virginia Department of Labor and Industry / issuing regulator / court

An agency-level citation cannot be attributed to an individual merely because the person worked in that department.
