Virginia Code § 15.2-2298: Conditional zoning and written proffers
Subsection A provides conditional-zoning authority for qualifying localities, including voluntary written proffers associated with rezoning or a zoning-map amendment. It sets prerequisites for those conditions and addresses their continuation after acceptance.
