Complete 30-page court-provided response packet concerning the APA finding on assessment and billing of court costs: the clerk’s response letter, APA draft/report correspondence, corrective-action response, attorney-fee order and memorandum, refund and receipt records, and case financial-system records. Published after permanent redaction of two exposed driver-license fields.

Court-provided release dated May 26, 2026; all 30 original pages retained. Publication redactions remove driver-license number and state fields on original pages 19 and 27, consistent with the clerk’s July 27 correspondence asking that driver-license numbers not be published. Existing agency identity redactions are retained. The public PDF was rebuilt from the redacted page pixels so hidden original scans cannot expose the removed fields. Private original retained separately. Draft APA material remains marked DRAFT. The clerk’s corrective-action statements are attributed to the office and do not independently establish that every correction was verified. Related records include the response-letter excerpt and the published APA report.
